Who is responsible?

Felixity, CVR DK42160482, Denmark, is the data controller. For privacy questions or requests, email Miss@Felixity.net.

When you visit

This site has no analytics, advertising trackers, contact forms, accounts, or embedded social feeds. It does not set tracking cookies. Your Day, Night, or Natural theme preference is saved in your browser’s local storage under “theme” until you change it or clear the site’s stored data. It is not sent to Felixity.

Serving the site involves technical data such as your IP address, requested pages, and browser information. The hosting provider may keep operational and security logs. This processing serves our legitimate interest in delivering and protecting the website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

When you get in touch

If you email us, we receive your email address, any name you give, and your message. We use these to reply and manage your enquiry, based on our legitimate interest in answering correspondence (Article 6(1)(f)), or to take steps towards or fulfil a contract when you enquire about a purchase or booking (Article 6(1)(b)). Providing this information is voluntary, but we need contact details to reply.

Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any related agreement or legal claim. Where records must be retained by law, we keep them for the required period (Article 6(1)(c)). Hosting and email providers may process data to deliver their services. We do not sell personal data or use it for automated decisions or profiling.

This site links to third-party websites. When you follow a link, that service’s own privacy policy applies.

Your GDPR rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a portable copy of your personal data. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Email us to exercise your rights. We normally respond within one month; if an extension is necessary, we will explain why within that month.

Complaints to Datatilsynet

You are welcome to contact us with any concern. You also have the right to complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency. See how to file a complaint.
